Micro Film Festival Submissions
The Rules

Your Submissions should be between 1 to 5 minutes in length. Microfilms exceeding 5 minutes will not be considered.

Each Submission should be submitted with a submission form and $12 submission fee. Films submitted without a form AND $12 submission fee will NOT be considered.

Films should NOT contain nudity.

10 films will be chosen to participate in the virtual festival.

Selected participants will be notified within a week of the film festivals starting date.Paid visitors, participants, and judges will submit their votes.

The film with the highest number of votes will be considered the winner, and will receive the grand prize of $300.

Submission Guidelines
Submissions open June 4th, 2025

Film Length: Submissions must be microfilms, with a runtime between 1 to 5 minutes, not including credits.

Genres: There are no specific genre restrictions. We welcome submissions of all genres, including but not limited to drama, comedy, documentary, animation, experimental, and more. Pornographic films will be excluded.

Originality: All submissions must be original works created by the filmmaker(s). Plagiarism or unauthorized use of copyrighted material will result in disqualification.

Content: Submissions should be suitable for a wide audience. Any content containing explicit or offensive material will not be accepted.

Language: Films can be in any language but must include English subtitles if the dialogue is in a language other than English.

Submission Deadline: The deadline for submissions is August 4th, 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.

Submission Limit: Filmmakers may submit up to [Insert Number] entries. Each entry must be submitted separately.

Rights: By submitting your film, you grant InReach Productions the non-exclusive right to screen your film at the microfilm festival and promote it on our website and social media platforms. All other rights remain with the filmmaker(s).

Original Score and Sound: If using music or sound effects in your film, ensure you have the necessary rights or permissions for their use.

Credits: Please include credits for all individuals involved in the production of the film, including cast, crew, and any music or sound contributors.

The submission fee of $12 is nonrefundable.

Notification: Filmmakers whose submissions are selected for the festival will be notified via email.
